So how does he sleep Going without sleep for 5 days sounds dangerous..

Steve, what I read he wears a full face mask and has a team of divers with him. I plan on going down to the lake tomorrow or Tuesday and seeing him in action! He held the record before but someone in Florida actually broke it, I think he has a website link at the bottom of the news article I posted.

Stay shallow. 20 feet on air probably has an infinite NDL. Wouldn't hurt to use nitrox. Come up real slow.
