Bahamas is VERY strict. Employer has to apply for you and takes about 6 months to get approved. I worked there for 4 years and although I had a work permit, I changed dive companies without applying for new work permit and got arrested while teaching an ow class and deported. Be careful.
 
cheers guys, I'd love to get over to the Bahamas and into the shark feeding but I think the caymans will suffice for now - assuming there are no problems with my work permit! :wink:
