So I'm not an expert.. but I believe the 21700 will fit in place of the 26650 with a sleeve. I would love for someone to verify.

Did that yesterday, showed it in the bigger light, don’t have a sleeve but I posted it with the light on.

I was not able to put my 21700 in place of a 26650 in a Dive Rite CX1, granted the 21700 is from Orcatorch with the usb charger, but it wasn't even close. Would have to try with an unprotected 21700.
OP
My pair from Liion are protected and just a bit longer than the 26650 but within the spring tolerance I guess, this was in the nitescuba s20.
