Clearing Perdix compass mark

With the Perdix, does anyone know how to clear a Mark made on the compass screen? Once I make a mark, I can make a new mark (which replaces the original one) but can't figure out how to delete one I make (so that there are no marks on the compass). The Shearwater instruction manual doesn't...

I also would like to have option to erase compass heading mark. Not high on priority list, but nice to have.

I’d like to see the option for 2-3 user definable “tag” descriptors. For example, I’d like to have uniques descriptors for lionfish and different species of morays.
