My wish list of digital camera features that I would like for the new models to have. Saw new model came out lately but not really adapted to our underwater world... kind of. Anyhow, just would like to know ur ideas, maybe we could build our own from scratch.
>> Optical interface for all controls - like you have this console with all the camera's controls.. speed, aperture, LCD, etc. Console is linked to the camera by Fiber optic cable. fire the cam from 100 ft. U/W housing can be made safer coz fewer[or none] mechanical seals to worry. Now who's afraid of sharks?
>> Detachable LCD screen, waterprooof, hot-swapable, optically linked to body[ the camera of course, not your buddy], several size to choose from[ 14inch?]. outstanding if they can integrate it to the mask.
>> large memory[1 gig?]
