60 lbs is plenty. I dove double X8-130's and 3 AL-40 stage bottles with a Dive Rite dual rec wing while wearing a 3mm wetsuit many times. The rec wing only has 51 lbs of lift - this was more than enough.

55-60 seems to be the norm.
