Kind of an open ended question, don't you think? Not only is your question difficult to follow due to a lack of basic punctuation, but you have provided no details of your intended configuration. What's more, it appears you've done very little research on this website. You should take the time to read all the informative posts on this sight regarding tech setups, brands, and lift, etc. Then come back and be more specific if you still have questions.

im planning to dive doubles but want the option to use single i will be diving dry with it and it will be used for overhead enviroment diving and dives with trimix to about 150-180

Get a single wing for singles. For small doubles, like AL80's or light steel cylinders, a 40# wing is the usual choice. For larger cylinders, 50-60# will is more preferred, though I've read about people diving 130's and several stages with a 38# wing but that's the exception. I use a H evolve wing and like it, but I have no experience with the dive-rites or oms and so cannot compare them first hand.

As floater said, use single wing for singles and double wing for doubles. Consider looking at Oxycheq too. Very reasonably priced and I am very happy with mine.
