Hi , i would like ask what is the function of these holes in the wing bladders ?

The grommets drain water out between the internal flexible plastic bladder and the outside protective fabric.

You can see the bladder by looking through the grommet and getting the light just right. Poke the eraser end of a pensile in one hole to make it move. All the bladders I have seen are translucent plastic.

There is a space between the bladder and the canvas “wing”. It collects a bit of water and when you inflate your wing those grommets on the bottom allows the water to drain out.
Edit:
Just saw some one explained it very well.
