Windows 10 is out of date window

Why do I get a window saying my Windows 10 is out of date from this site? If I close the Scubaboard tab, the warning goes away. It grays out the site while I am on it. I have to think there's a malware coming from Scubaboard to generate this message.

@Snoweman There was actually a recent Windows update that displayed a message that your windows is not genuine at the right bottom corner near the time/date display on the system tray. Is that what you are getting?
