Thats not too bad, although the seas might be kicked up a little. You dont say which side of GC you are going out from or from which direction the wind is forecast. Theres a big difference between and among the W, E and N sides. Those 2 pieces of information would probably allow others to give a better opinion. Have a great trip!

there is diving on all 4 sides so there is always a lee

We stayed on the East end of the island which is notorious for high winds which we can testify too. It was tempting to do a couple of dives on the East end but the seas were always white capping.

Instead we dived the whole week on the west end with Neptune Divers. Thirty foot boat, most divers on any of the 7 days we dived was 6. Personalized service was great - highly recommended.

The wind on the west end was noticable the first 3 days although the seas were never rough - 1 foot waves at the most. By Wednesday the winds were gone and the weather was near perfect .

When diving the vis was always in the 70 to perhaps 90 foot range and calm as can be.

Have fun...

Don
