Going to bring my Inst360 on a liveaboard... so this will be used for morning, mid day, late afternoon, and a night dive; but mostly for the day time. Last time I found that my dive torch was waaay too bright of a spot light and what I really wanted was a wide illumination that doesn't wash everything out. This is for distances of 1-5 feet, no macro. I don't expect it to reach past a few feet.

I use the action cam primary to share the dive with my non-diving family/friends, and just to remember the dives months/years later.

What would be a recommend light for me that is price and application appropriate for this level of videography?

I was considering a Sea Dragon 2000F with the handle mount. I know the 360 will pick this up as part of the 360 view but I don't think I can get away from this.

I use the Orca Torch D710V for my go pro and it works a treat.
Did a review of it a little bit back
