I quite like my Fusion Tech. However, the issue of the pocket flaps is generally known and acknowledged. It is very difficult to feel them in gloves. To open and to close the pockets is a problem, especially for sidemount divers. Has anyone succeeded to solve this problem?

small cut in fabric, insert a piece cut from the straight leg of a thicker plastic coat hanger, stitch the cut closed. Makes the flap end a lil stiffer and easier to locate. These pockets really do suck. Hope there are more ideas coming.

When I owned a Fusion tech I removed the stock pockets and sewed Halcyon pockets in their place.

A needle and thread worked fine. I applied some aquaseal to the corners.
