Whitsundays there for a day on cruise ship

hi all,

I am having a lot of trouble finding a dive operator who will deal with a diver from a cruise ship, just there for a day. Does anyone know of anyone?

Have you checked the cruise ship's excursions? My first dive ever was a cruise ship excursion, it was in Vanuatu but your cruise may offer the same thing.

I know what cruise ship excursions cost compared to DIY. So, no! (and in any case with the line I am travelling on they do not offer diving as an excursion). But thanks for the suggestion.
