Its actually a mix of both. I saw it at our Expo this past weekend. I was impressed. If you look close in the pics, you can actually see where the neoprene is and where the lycra is...

I will be ancious to see what the red looks like. I am pretty sure I am going to order the tech skin. I just hope that I still have money in 2 or 3 months. It sure does burn a hole in my pocket when I have it. I just sold my motorcycle and half of it is gone already. My wife thinks I am nuts...
