This might be a dumb question, but what is the purpose of the 3mm neoprene socks? Are they supposed to be worn inside or outside the drysuit?
I have a similar pair and don't know what to do with them:

It's a good idea to protect your feet with diving socks. The low-top Ergo Neoprene Dive Sock also prevents blisters while wearing open-heel fins.
