Which wing for single and doubles

Thanks for all the info. I think I'll look into a 30 pound wings for rec and work out mid sizes for the doubles later.
30lb wing is great for recreational, what brand are you consider?
 
in the "old days" there was not really a difference between a single and double wing.

Double wings (as we know them today) came about when divers decided they wanted more lift to float them higher in the water with heavy steel doubles and lots of stage bottles, which then led to the wrapping/air trapping characteristics when used on a single, which in turn led to the design of single wings... (that and more recreational divers using wings, so wanting a more 'user friendly' wing - AKA the donut style)
