Departing for Kauai very very soon. Taking two E-PL1 bodies, all my lens for land use, Oly housing, D-2000 strobe, S-2000 strobe, and BigBlue focus light. I own both a ZEN 8mm FE dome port and ZEN 7-14mm WA dome port. Taking both of those lens, leaving stock 14-42 flat port at home.

I will primarily dive with and use the Panny 8mm FE lens with ZEN dome port. Would you take the ZEN 7-14mm dome port if you owned both? I'm in the process of packing and have found space is limited.

I would take the 8mm fisheye, but is just because for me the 8mm produces more dramatic shots. You have to take the time to get closer to the subject. The 7-14mm will be more versatile, but it doesn't produce the kinds of shots that I personally like. Here is a shot I recently took in Hawaii with the equivalent of the 8mm fisheye - Scott

Received your reply while I was already on plane, but your advice is sound. The only port I took was the 8mm FE. Visibility was poor, best was maybe 50', most 20-30'. Still had fun because it beats the Texas mud holes I normally dive in. Here's the first of several turtle pics I took. Was using E-PL1, Oly housing, Zen Dome & Panny 8mm FE, INON D2000 and S2000.
