Which island to dive at

I am going on a cruise in Dec. 2004.
I want to only dive once while on vacation.
How do I decide where?
Can anyone help?
Here are my ports of call................any recommendations or specific dive sites.

St.Thomas, Antigua, St. Lucia, St.Martaan

What, only dive ONCE, that isn't a vacation in that case. Just joking. You must have a good reason for only wanting to dive once.

Of those islands, I have only been diving at St. Maarten and St. Thomas. Of these 2, St. Thomas has much better diving. St. Maarten was very disappointing. I have heard very good things about St. Lucia, so I'd be up for giving that a try.
