Which camera

I am looking to buy a digital U/W camera--specifically I am lloking for something that a new U/W photgrapher can use/learn with but at the same time will offer enough features to be able to be expanded upon/not sold within 3 months...

Budget is about 400 bucks...

Canon A series & Canon housing.

clgsamson has the A95 and has added a strobe and a wide angle and a macro lens
