I want a P&S camera for uw photos & video, however I wasn't to pleased with canons s100 video ticking sound. Anyways I have a few on my list sony rx100 or rx100 m2 or g15 or g16. what means the most to me is crisp image!!!!! I plan to do macro so which do I go for?

I have the rx100 , but have only used it on land. The image and video quality is great. What's your budget? Have you considered an slr?

If you are most interested in macro then the RX100 II is not the best choice. It doesn't have the close focus ability of the others.

The G15 or s110/120 are much better in that range. Actually I would add in the Olympus XZ-2 which has a little bigger sensor and much sharper lens. I think it's one of the best at macro out there.

Be sure to check out the available housing options and see what you like - before you settle on the camera.
