I am certified with Padi for OW, AOW, Nitrox, Deep ,Peak and Wreck. I want to do Rescue but a few of my friends are doing it through ACUC.

My question is will this make a problem for me if I do my rescue through ACUC then try to go back to Padi for Dive Master?

For your info I do not plan on making a living diving just like the idea of the extra training and would like to be a dive master to help out a bit here and there.

Shouldn't be a problem. The PADI book says, "Be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization. ...is defined as proof of certification in diving rescue from a training organization other than PADI." If you demonstrate poor or inadequate performance during the diver rescue assessment, then you will have to do the PADI rescue course.

Go for the Rescue Class with your friends.
