We're catching a cruise ship out of Puerto Rico next April and flying in early for 3 days of diving/sightseeing. Any recommendations on an all inclusive (if there is one) or dive shop with a hotel nearby? Thanks!

No all inclusives that I am aware of. The best diving is on the south side of the island. Head to La Parguera and stay at the turtle bay inn. See Kiko or Cashi at Paradise scuba and enjoy one of the best wall dives you will ever see.
