Where to go in September

Need some recommadations on where to go in September.

Was thinking about going to Sipidan, but would like some thoughts and recommadations from other divers as well. Thanks in advance.

What do you like to see? What is your budget? How long will you be able stay? What experience do you have/enjoy?

I have about 7 days. Would like to see mantas, and whale sharks if possible. Not too concerned about the budget, but don't want anything that will break the bank as well.

Would just really like to know what special things there are to see in September anywhere in the pacific.

if you only have 7 days and want to do a Pacific trip to see big animals I think your best bet in Sept would be Hawaii... Kona in particular. The Kona Aggressor would be nice, Sat-Sat trip with 4-5 dives per day and lots of turtles, dolphins, and mantas on a night dive most likely.

Most other Pacific destinations will take more than a day travel each way. If you could stretch is another couple of days I would tell you Palau or Fiji but then Sept is their rainy season I think.

Tahiti is big for Mantas in September, but I agree with Robint,
You will lose a lot of time traveling and Aggressor does an incredible job.

How is Sipidan in Sept? Or Yap? Been to Palau, but wouldn't mind going there again. As I would be in Taiwan, i would like somewhere that is convient to fly from there.
