My wife and I want to go somewhere in Sept/Oct time period and want it to be relatively dry.

We will be in Bonaire in April, so we dont want to go back that soon.

Any ideas would be great.

many thanks

Hawaii......... the water is warmer than any other time of year there, about 80 degrees, plus the kiddos are all heading back to school so it is the Off-Season. Prices are lower, lots of deals, and diving is good.
Check out Maui or Kona. That is the best time of year to do either place.

Consider Bocas del Toro, Panama. While the diving is good here year round, it is incredible during September and October. During September and October the seas on the outside of the archipelago flatten out and we are able to access sites that are world class diving. Polo Beach, Dolphin Rock, Tiger Rock and Escudo de Veraguas are pristine (google Escudo de Veraguas for a look at this beautiful area). September and October are dry months, we are out of the hurricane belt, and it is our slow season, making hotel bargains easy to come by. Check out BOCAS DEL TORO - Ecotourism in this Panama Caribbean region for more info on the area.

San Andres Island or Old Providence Island, They say November is the rainy season, i've seen it the last week in sept some years.
Ciao
