We are going diving for a few days in November. Don't ask, but we need a Wed. mid-afternoon flight from Phila so it will limit our choices of where we can get to.

Any advice or suggestions?
How is the diving in St. Thomas? Enough variety for a three day pkg?
If we choose the Bahamas.........Freeport or Nassau?

Thanks!

I've caught flights to Grand Cayman and Bermuda from Philadelphia. I'm fairly certain that USAir flies at least daily to both destinations.

Bermuda is nice. It's also a relatively short flight. The water is colder, but the wrecks are decent. Be aware, however, that the weather is iffy in November. On my last trip, we caught a late season hurricane.

However, IMHO, you just can't beat Grand Cayman. Spectacular reefs, a few decent wrecks and a wonderful island.
