Where to dive in the Gulf?

I'm going down to Houston for Labor day, and wanted to do a day's worth of diving in the Gulf.

My wife has been researching these rig diving outfits and stuff.

Does anyone have any recommendations for us?

The quickest way to find them will be to do a search for Rig diving or something of the sort.
