I'm in Santiago,Chile at the moment, and it's been hard to find information or dive shops. Any help would be much appreciated.
In two days, I'm flying over to Easter Island for 3 dives days. I cam to Chile partially for this buuuut I'd like to do more diving then just 3 days. After all, I hauled my gear all the way from Europe and I want to see what Chile has to offer.
Can anyone give good recommendations for dive sites or dive shops I could go to? I'm travelling with a Spanish speaking non-diver, so preferably the shop should have some staff that speaks a bit of English. Unfortunately, I can't go up north to La Serena so it would have to be a dive site close to Santiago. I've heard a bit about Quintay, and Valparaiso but not sure where to go.
Any bit of information would be a real life saver!
