I recently purchased a Cobra computer and new Legend regulator, and wanted to add both of these to my existing DEPP policy. I've been trying to call them for the last week and a half, and keep getting a recording that all lines are busy, to leave a message and it will be returned within 24 hours. Well, I've left messages, and haven't heard back. Does anyone know what's happened to them? When I signed up, their customer service was great, but now I'm wondering if DAN (H2O) wouldn't have been a better deal....

With DEPP I tend to be pro-active when it comes to communicating with them by faxing them the info about the equipment I want to add/subtract from my policy. Then I follow up by phone call or fax a few days later. Unfortunately, it seems they have only one person handling these admin duties; if memory serves, her name is Marsha. Maybe address your fax to Sandra Hall, who I believe is the Mgr.

FYI, their fax is (760) 674-8144.

No offense, but did you remember to take into account the 3 hr time difference since they are on the West Coast?

Bonne chance,

I'm on the west coast also, so there isn't a time difference here. I know that they're busy, but it says that my call will be returned within 24 hours, and it's been a week and a half, 3 calls, and nothing. I do remember that Sandy was the one I spoke to when I signed up, and she was very accessible for all of the calls I made to ask questions before I did sign up with them, so it was just odd that I'm not hearing anything now.

I"ll try faxing the info to them - what did you do, just write down the models and serial numbers of what you want to add on a paper, or was there a specific form you filled out? Thanks for the feedback.
