Don't worry Moonie there is a dive shop in the northpole AK that is. Test The Waters Dive Shop! I had to stop in and see what an Alaskan dive shop is like. Surprise it was staffed with very friendly divers.
They have funny stories about chainsaws and diving but I guess 32 degree water is warm when the air is -30
