Have any of you ever seen this? This is a vintage russian double hose reg that has never been used. Do any of you know what something like this might be worth?

It may not be vintage. It looks very similar in design to a Soviet (late 80s - certainly not vintage) rebreather. Also keep in mind the Russians were commonly using double hose regs well past the Soviet era. I'd buy it for the novelty, but I wouldn't pay much for it.
 
Looks cool no idea on value. If you are not in a hurry on value watch E-bay for similar items etc....

reg in question is a russian ABM 3 circ 1980s value only to collector ? regards regulator bj
 
Is that really for diving ?
Seems not to be diving gear, but something to breath in contaminated atmosferes.
 
Yes. And for sweeping up bits of concrete when it finally falls off Chernobyl soon.
