Was originally asking about Ranger vs. Escape but a lot of people brought up the Stiletto (which i incorrectly thought was a ladies model). Seems the Stiletto is heavier duty than the Escape. Thanks.

The Stiletto is made from slightly heavier nylon, uses the rip cord weighting system, can handle more weight in the BC and uses the Personal Fit System(PFS). I was originally going to buy the Stiletto but my LDS had the Ranger for the same price so I went with it instead. At times I still wish I had gotten the Stiletto since at times, I get an air pocket trapped in my Ranger and have a little trouble getting the air released.

For me the PFS is the major deciding feature over the materials used. The PFS is what allows you to have the shoulder harness a different size than the waist section. I used the Scout for training and it never fit right. With my Ranger, that tank is connected to me. No rolling around, no sliding, just a stable fit. I would not hesitate to get another Zeagle with the PFS.
