you be an "ex-patriot" of Guam? (Yeah, yeah U.S. territory and all that, you know what I mean)

It is short for expatriate and it can mean:
1. someone who has been exiled from their homeland
2. someone who has renounced their homeland
3. someone who is living away from their homeland
4. someone no longer called Pat
