What vaccines for trip to Equador/Galapagos?

Hi all.

I am going on a trip to the Galapagos (liveaboard), with a 3 day stay in Equador on either end of the trip. Anyone got any recommendations for vaccines? Im a bit concerned that the docs here in Hicksville may not be up on South American disease prevalance.

I'm going to Honduras in a few weeks and Hep A, anti-malarial and tetanus are recommended.

South America may need typhoid, Dengue and yellow fever too. Check the site above to be sure what's recommended for your destination.
