My suggestion would be the Sony SR7 or SR8 camcorders...depending on the budget and desired hard drive space (60gb v 100gb). As for housings for this camera, they are available from Light & motion (new Stingray HD), Amphibico, Seatool and Ikelite.
My favorites are the Seatool and the new Stingray HD housing from L&M with the HD monitor back.
