It's an underwater slug ... and if the slugs in my garden were half as beautiful as most nudibranchs, I'd quit feeding them cheap beer and let them eat all the garden veggies they wanted.
Nudis are some of my favorite photo subjects ... we're fortunate to have dozens, if not hundreds, of species of them here in Puget Sound (my avatar is from one of my favorites ... Janolus Fusca).
