I think your right Knotical. That is an early to mid nineties vintage also I believe.

It's definitely an older Sherwood, and--get this, it's still under warranty! Those colored rings on the hose protectors can be used to get free parts when you take it to a dealer for service.

I'm not certain on the model, but it really doesn't matter. Just about all Sherwoods are identical inside.

Without seeing the 2nd stage it could be a Magnum, Oasis, Blizzard or Maximus as the 1st stage was matched with all of the Sherwood 2nds except the Brut (which had a different 1st stage...but same 2nd as the Magnum).
This particular 1st stage was made for a few years in the early 90's and differs from all other Sherwoods as it had a two part piston barrel and an externally adjustable IP. This was achieved by screwing the whole barrel in or out and using a small set screw to lock it in place once the desired IP was achieved.
Not a bad reg, but there are a few things to watch for. The set screw can get corroded and difficult to loosen. The cupped washers behind the orifice had a QA issue and were prone to breaking which resulted in very poor performance at depth.
