What kind of hose or quick disconnect is this?

Hi there - does anyone know what kind of hose or type of fitting this is? Its got a Brownies 3rd Lung boot on it, but I dont believe it has anything to do with them. It looks like a drysuit style hose and quick disconnect fitting.

Any ideas anyone?

Looks like someone cobbled up an adapter to convert the suit inflator valve on a Viking Sport dry suit from the proprietary one to a generic BC nipple style attachment. The end with the 2 O rings fits the Viking valve end and the nipple takes the standard inflator hose.
