Night dive at Frederiksted Pier, St. CROIX.

I've never seen these before, translucent organisms by the hundreds, a little jelly like, quick moving. Couldn't get a good picture, but I drew what they looked like. About two inches in length. There were also translucent three to four inch worms wiggling around.

Never encountered before. It had rained almost non stop for the last day. Water temp was 77-80 degrees fahrenheit, depth from 19-35 feet. Time was 9-11 PM. Any ideas what this could be?
