I found this in a box-o-junk, and I don't know at it is. I can tell that it fits in a yoke 1st stage, but after that I'm lost. It doesn't fit into standard HP and LP ports.

I might as well use it as a "tobacco" pipe!

Thanks for the info! I'm surprised it's an "old old" style because the anodizing is perfect. The only scratches are from me sticking it into one of my first stages.

Spare Air got away from those old style of fill adapters a good time ago. I had a guy bring in a tank born in 88. I want to say they switched to the current style in the mid to late 90s. Maybe it was an extra one that someone never used?
