What is this - Part II

Saw this thing crawling in a crevice. Don't know if that white thing is going to attack it. The fish was a bonus though.

Perhaps some sort of nudibranch?

I'd guess that it's a soft coral, probably a variety of xenia (same family as the coral in the upper corners of the picture). It's not expanded, which is what gives it the more intense color.
