I'm sorry to hear of the issue. The front lens of the strobe is plastic, not glass. How do you store the strobe when it's not in use? We've seen a few cases of suitcase foams reacting to the plastics of our strobe fronts.

I apologize for the inconvenience but I'd appreciate if the strobe could be returned to us for repair and water pressure testing.

Hi Jean.

I didnt notice the cracks until recently as I always have the Diffusers on. It looks like a hit from something but I couldnt find any other damage (the strobes are only a couple of months old).

The whole setup is stored on a towel in my office as it in use every second day and it is transported around in a large cooler bag. So there isnt any issue with reaction with other plastics.

Unfotunately I have a trip to Indonesia this week and by the time I send you back the strobe from Australia and recieve it back I would most likely be already home. The strobe doesnt have any issues with depth as I have taken it to 30m.

Once home I will return the strobe so you can check it out and replace the lens.

Regards Mark
