What is the cheapest strobe option for my Olympus setup?

I'm considering buying a strobe if the price is right... What is the most budget strobe available for my setup?

I have an Olympus C-740 with an Olympus housing.

I'm not too familiar with how strobes attach to the housing and what not, and how they fire.

The Reefmaster SL960 is the cheapest choice you have. It'll work with any camera by slaving to the internal flash. I bought one for $169.

However my success to date has been limited as I'm still learning the best way to use it and manual settings with my Canon. It does limit backscatter.
