If it's only 10 sec between searches, why do I have to wait 183 seconds?

It happens to me every now and then, but nothing regular. Ive talked to a few other people that have had it pop up too. You dont ever have to wait the full 183 (or whatever the number is) seconds... but its amusing.

I once posted a comment that repeated itself 37 times in a row, or at least that's what I saw on my end. Others didn't seem to see it. It is prolly just a temporary glitch.

I'll bet it has smoething to do with the posts that were happening 15 min in the future, that were going on in this thread. It happend at roughly the same time.
