Updating my logbook, I realized I haven't the slightest clue what additional information would make sense to log for Tec dives... What do you write down?

Got it... have all that. CNS? OTU's? I've never come anywhere near a point where these matter in recreational diving, but much more likely here.Relevant information that would be useful later (e.g., same as with any dive). Depth, time, equipment, errors, malfunctions, conditions, physiological response to the plan, maybe even the plan if it's relevant and useful.
That is, if you log your dives...
