Fortunately for me I have dropped 70+ pounds in the last 18 months so I have some custom exposure gear available since it will no longer work for me. This gives someone the opportunity to get some really nice exposure gear for a good price!
This pair of suits ( a jumpsuit and a shorty) were originally made for me by Wetwear in 1998. I wore these items on no more than 30 dives and since then they have been stored in a cool, dry, dark closet. Original cost in 1998 was $750. I am just trying to get these items out of my storage area and into the hands of someone who can really use, so make your best offer!
The jumpsuit and shorty are both 2mm lycra plush design. It includes ankle zippers, wrist zippers, and a spine pad as well as a shoulder saver hanger. I purchased this suit for use in warmer water but it has some versatility since you can use either the jumpsuit, the shorty, or both.
When I purchased these suits I weighed approximately 250# and stood 5'-8" or so. I laid out the jumpsuit and took measurements at various locations (see the Wetwear website for more information on measurements - the numbers in ( ) are the numbers in their measurement chart).
Chest (10) = 46" + 2" stretch = 48"
Waist (16) 37" + 2" stretch = 39"
Hips (17) 40" + 2" stretch = 42"
Thigh (19) 24"
Leg length(18) 27"
Calf (23) 14"
Calf length (24) 11"
Underarms to wrist (14) 17-1/2"
Ankle (25) 10"
Knee (21) 14"
Bicep (8) 14"
Forearm (3) 12"
All of the material, zippers and closures are in good shape. There is little or no sign of use or wear. A number of photos are attached.
