Hi,

i will be diving in alexandria bay next week and wondering what wetsuit I should bring? A 7mil or will a 3 mil with a cheater/hood be ok?

Thanks!

I was there two weeks ago, I wore a full 3, with a 2 mil vest and hood and did 4 days repetive diving in 73 degrees and was fine. It all depends on your tolerance! have fun, and enjoy your dives!

Try your 7 mil, just in case. You should be okay with the smaller suit but why risk it? I'm envious, I'd love to be heading back. You should dive the Vickery off of Fisher's Landing.

the river is a balmy 72 degrees.

IF I was diving wet, multiple dives x multiple days I would probably use my 7 mm, otherwise I would wear a 5 mm if just doing one dive or one day's worth of dives... but thats just me, depends on your individual tolerance.
