wet suit weighting

I am used to just diving with a skin. I will be going to cold waters and will wear a 7 mil and a 5 mil shorty. I will also where a hood and gloves. How much extra weight should I plan on putting on my belt.

That works for my single thickness 7mm freediving suit almost exactly.

But he is talking about double layers, so it won't work.
