Does anyone else have this issue with their wet notes?

Mine are H brand and I notice that any pencil I use will write well on one side of the paper, but will be almost invisible on the other...

I've heard this before.

Halcyon isn't "Wetnotes".

"Wetnotes" don't have that issue.

Are you using Tech 1 rated pencils?

Or it might be that your wet notes were not properly 02 cleaned...

:)
...LOL

Hey MO2
Good to hear it's not just me. I carry the Salvo notes, I just have been waiting for my H set to get full before switching over....

HAH!

I know that. I had a bogus wetnotes knockoff for awhile... I was hating it until I filled it and could toss it in the file.

What Pencil are you using? I use the Staples cheap Mechanicals 7mm... they totally rock. No metal, cheap (like less than $1 ea) and because they're 7mm they don't rip the paper like the 5mm's do.

I had some local tech honk who dived with us tell me (actually, he told my buddy in a 2 page eMail critique of the dive... no stones to tell me directly) that I / we use them too much during our dive. Clowney didn't get it... diving is supposed to be fun, and me and 'Chica crack each other up all through our dives with these things.

Seriously - I use my Wetnotes on just about every dive. Next to my Can light and wrist mounted gauges, they're the fav thing I learned on SB.
