we had a great time....albeit it was only for 3 days....we had a WONDERFUL time!

we stayed at the presidente....dove with scuba du......service was FIRST CLASS.

i got some great pics....will post later.....now i am back to work......tired as heck....

thanks again to EVERYONE! and to all who are going, the weather is good.....sunny, bright....some clouds.....about 82 water temp, vis was 150' easy.......great current....

our favorite was the horseshoe! so fun!

will post pics of that too...

gotta get back..

I'm sure Steve is going to want to know if you asked for an upgraded room or if you just "greased a palm" to get it. Pres does have a nice facility. How are those $5 Cokes?

C'mon Mike. For the last time, I'm not trying to get a room upgrade on the cheap, just make sure I get a room in good repair. But you already convinced me not to worry about it.

$5 for a Coke at the Presidente? Why, I'll take two then, by golly! My wife and I live beneath our means all year so that we can stay at nice places and not care about what food and beverage costs. I recognize that other travelers will have different priorities.

Dan, glad you had a good experience. I'll be at the Presidente next week. Did you reserve your dive trips ahead of time with Scuba Du or did you take your chances? Did it seem like the trips were filling up fast or was it not that busy?
