looking to share dives and drives to Laguna and/or La Jolla. Now that ski trips are done, am most looking for kayakers for Kernville. It is such a short window that the water is warm enough (as in May and June), flowing at a decent rate, and is uncrowded w/summer participants (as in prior to school's out for summer), that plans need to be made now. (That one can be a camping deal.) Also looking for shared drives/for kiteboarders that might want to try the Salton Sea. Am looking for shared drives/rooms for ski trips. Two trips to Heavenly likely. One long trip to SLC/Beaver Creek/and Wolf Creek-but total ski time for that one W/B in the order of two weeks. But, if you happen to like ice climbing, a couple more days in Ouray sure could be thrown in! Other sites can be thrown in, as well. Shared drives/ accommodations also for rock climbing in Red Rocks in Mar. and J-Tree in Feb.

Welcome to the ScubaBoard! Active life! Is there scubadiving in there somewhere?????

Hi Ocean One,

Yeah, never enough diving. Always I have Key Largo in May, but wifey joins this year and then I do St. Martin in Oct (maybe I can get Saba in on that trip as I haven't bought tix yet!). Next year has those trips open, but it W/B Cozumel or cenote-diving in Playa del Carmen in place of the ST. Martin. I have avail. a place in Aruba for $50/nite which may be on next year's agenda. Even tho I'm really there for the windsurfing/kiteboarding, there are days that the wind doesn't blow and aleluya-it turns out the diving there is spectacular! (No one ever knows 'cuz everybody goes for the wind.) Anyway, I'm game for cost-sharing/trip companion for any diving (that is not in CO). It is just that the Caribe for this year is spoken for. In fact, it is to get in even more dives that finds me trying to dig up locals who are willing to don a friggin' 7-mil suit to jump into La Jolla's or Laguna's preserves. Let's blow some bubbles! I'm always looking for fellow fish voyeurs!!
